Nurse-Led Expertise for Complete Workplace Readiness
First Aid Compliance is your partner in creating a safer workplace. As a Registered Nurse with over a decade of experience across Australia's tertiary metro hospitals, regional hospitals, and rural clinics, I bring a unique and practical understanding of emergency care directly to you.
We are a mobile service dedicated to helping businesses meet and exceed OHS first aid regulations. My hands-on experience, including volunteer nursing roles overseas setting up clinics, has equipped me to prepare any workplace for an emergency. We come to your location, conduct thorough first aid audits, and ensure your kits are fully stocked and compliant with state-aid regulations.
Let us handle the complexity of first aid compliance so you can have peace of mind knowing your team is safe and your business is prepared.
Our story
After a decade on the front lines of healthcare, I've seen first hand the critical importance of being prepared for the unexpected. My journey as a nurse has taken me through Australia's diverse hospital settings, where I've specialised in Infection control and PPE audits and am currently serving as a health and safety representative. This experience gave me a unique insight into what it takes to create a truly safe environment.
I started First Aid Compliance with a simple, powerful mission: to bring this expertise directly to your workplace. We go beyond just checking boxes—we're here to ensure your team is genuinely ready for any emergency. My experience has shown me that preparation is the best medicine, and I believe every workplace deserves to be a safe place to work.
At First Aid Compliance, your peace of mind is our priority, and your team's safety is our passion.

Business
First Aid Compliance is a mobile service that provides professional first aid audits and restocking for workplaces across Australia. Led by a Registered Nurse with over a decade of hands-on experience, we ensure your business meets all OHS regulations and is fully prepared for any emergency, giving you peace of mind and creating a safer work environment for your team.

Ethical Disposal & Donation of Obsolete Stock
At First Aid Compliance, our commitment to safety and ethics extends beyond your workplace. We believe in responsible waste management, which is why we offer ethical disposal and donation of obsolete first aid stock. Instead of simply throwing away items that have passed their expiration date, we ensure they find a second life. We partner with local vets, animal shelters, and non-profit organisations overseas that are in desperate need of medical supplies. This practice not only minimises waste but also supports vital community services and reduces our environmental footprint. You can feel good knowing that your obsolete stock is making a difference where it's needed most.
